- 30+ years of clinical practice at Heally
Dr. Vanessa Niles is a board-certified OB/GYN with more than four decades of clinical experience in women's health, hormonal balance, and longevity medicine. She earned her medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville — one of the nation's historically Black medical schools with a legacy of training physicians committed to underserved communities — and completed her OB/GYN residency at Northwestern University in Chicago.
Throughout her career, Dr. Niles has built deep expertise in menopause management, hormone replacement therapy, and the relationship between balanced estrogen and progesterone and long-term vitality. She is recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (F.A.C.O.G.), a designation earned by fewer than 10% of OB/GYN physicians and reflecting sustained commitment to clinical excellence.
At Heally, Dr. Niles reviews content covering hormone therapy, women's health, the DUTCH hormone test, and perimenopause care. Her approach treats hormonal health not as an isolated issue but as a foundation of whole-body longevity in women at every life stage.
